  Total winners: 10 winners
• 
  Prize: 1000 AED cash prize per winner
• 
  Winners will be announced after the campaign ends

  Winners will be communicated via call

How to Participate

• 
  Place an order from any participating partner store on NowNow during the campaign period.
• 
  Use raffle code WIN1000 during the campaign.
• 
  Each valid order gives the customer one raffle entry.
• 
  Multiple valid orders mean multiple raffle entries.
• 
  The more eligible orders a customer places, the more chances they have to win.
• 
  Cancelled, refunded, rejected, or failed orders will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

• 
  10 winners will be selected at the end of the campaign.
• 
  Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries.
• 
  Customers with multiple valid entries will have more chances in the draw.
• 
  Winners will be contacted via call on their registered mobile number.
• 
  NowNow’s decision on winner selection will be final.

Prize Credit

• 
  Each winner will receive AED 1000.
• 
  The prize cannot be transferred to another user.
• 
  The prize cannot be exchanged for physical cash or bank transfer.
• 
  Winners must have an active Noon account linked to their registered mobile number.

Eligibility

• 
  Customers must place a valid order from a participating partner store during the campaign period.
• 
  Customers must use raffle code WIN1000 to qualify.
• 
  Each successful eligible order counts as one raffle entry.
• 
  Orders must be successfully delivered to qualify.

Disqualification

NowNow may disqualify any entry if:

• 
  The order is cancelled, refunded, or rejected.
• 
  The user is found using fake accounts.
• 
  The entry is suspected to be fraudulent.
• 
  The user violates the campaign terms.
• 
  The raffle code is misused or shared in an unauthorized way.
• 
  The winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts.

Winner Announcement

• 
  Winners will be announced after the campaign ends.
• 
  Winners will be contacted via call on their registered mobile number.
• 
  Winners will be eligible to use their prize money on the participating stores i.e. Choithrams, Almaya, Safeer, Adil and Super 7.
• 
  Winners would have a 60 day validity period to use their prize money on the participating stores.
• 
  Winner details may be shown on the NowNow app, social media, or other campaign channels.
• 
  Only limited details such as first name, masked mobile number, or order area may be used.

General Terms

• 
  This campaign is valid for a limited period only.
• 
  NowNow may modify, pause, or cancel the campaign if required.
• 
  Partner stores may be added, removed, or changed during the campaign.
• 
  NowNow will not be responsible for technical errors, app issues, or incorrect customer details.
• 
  NowNow will not be responsible if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or inactive contact details.
• 
  The campaign is subject to applicable UAE laws and promotional campaign regulations.
